
Toyota’s corporate values give you the possibility to develop and grow with the company. You will initially work together with our present Head of Risk and Compliance who retires during 2016. As Head of Risk and Compliance you will report to Managing Director.
Assignments as Head of Risk Management & Compliance:
- Manage Risk and Compliance in TMHE Rental and TIFI
- Be responsible for the Group Internal Treasury Functions
- Ensure and play a key role with a sound Risk Management strategy within the company
- Handle the group’s activities on the financial market
- Support the group’s needs in terms of product financing (standardized products and cost efficient solutions)
Experience and background
To be successful in the position as Head of Risk and Compliance you have a university degree and several years of experience in Risk Management in the Finance sector (or banking area) with focus on credit risk, interest risk and currency risk as well as risk models. Professional experience regarding banking regulations is one important qualification. You should have good knowledge of risk measurements and controls and banking regulations in general. We expect you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
As an individual you have a good capacity to cooperate with others but can also be independent and self-driven. You should have a good ability to communicate with a high level of integrity. We expect you to be solutions oriented with an ability to visualize and explain complex items in an understandable way. You are interested in training and informing others in the group regarding your areas of responsibility.
