The Company’s offering of financial products and service level shall be based on standardized products and cost efficient solutions providing reasonable reward at an acceptable risk level, all to support the group’s needs in terms of product financing. TIFI is handling the Group’s activities on the finance market and is also responsible for the Group internal Treasury functions. You will manage Compliance related issues in TMHE Rental and TIFI. To fulfill External and internal compliance requirements is an important function in the companies’ aim to fulfil the strategy. You will initially report to the Head of Risk and Compliance.
Assignments as Compliance Officer:
- Manage Compliance in TMHE Rental and TIFI
- Be an important player in the project of setting up new branches in several European countries
Experience and background
You have a university degree with experience in Compliance activities in the Finance sector (or banking area). Professional experience regarding banking regulations and Compliance activities are important qualifications. You should also be able to support other functions in the company in legal issues. We expect you to be fluent in English.
As an individual you have a good capacity to cooperate with others but can also be independent and self-driven. You should have a good ability to communicate with a high level of integrity. We expect you to be solution-oriented with an ability to explain and visualize complex items in an understandable way. You are interested in training and informing others in the group regarding your areas of responsibility.
