Assignments as Business Controller
- Overall responsibility for closing process, budget and forecast
- Create processes for project accounting
- Support with details to quarterly- and monthly reports
- Analyze and follow-up investments proposals
- Support management group with financial analysis and give recommendations on potential actions
- Co-operate with Area Business Controller in order to gain support for operational and strategic processes
Experience and background
We are looking a person with an academic degree within finance and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience from qualified controlling work within a production/project environment. You have acquired a good understanding of business planning, project accounting and forecasting. Previous experience from after-market projects is beneficial. You should have experienced lager business software systems focused towards producing companies. As this is an international organization, it’s important that you are able to communicate freely in both English and Swedish.

To fit as a Business Controller it’s of utter importance that you apply a proactive mindset to your work, that you have confidence in your own abilities and a high degree of integrity. Since you as a Business Controller are operational in a management group, it’s important that you are a good listener, communicative and fact-based in your analysis. Furthermore, you are a person that quickly can spot solutions and actions to problems and are used to prioritize your operations. You take responsibility naturally, can tie up loose ends internally and are accustomed to having multiple connections within organizations.
